Every project is personally led by Trent, TDM’s owner, from first ideas through to approved plans. You work directly with him, not a rotating team. We keep the process clear and structured, from initial briefing through concepts and refinement to council plans and handover, so you always know what comes next.
We get your builder involved right at the beginning, not at the end. Concepts are shaped alongside your preferred builder so budget, buildability and expectations are aligned from day one. If something is pushing the budget, it’s picked up early while changes are still simple, not after you’ve invested in a design that’s too expensive to build. Trent also works closely with a network of trusted local builders, so there is always an open line between design and construction.
